The new year began with shaking all over Japan

due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

I would like to express deepest sympathies

to everyone affected by the disaster.

And I hope this year will be a peaceful one.

 

It was warmer than usual,

all the roses have bloomed all at once.

被災された皆様に心からお見舞い申し上げます。

この一年が穏やかな年でありますように。

 

例年より暖かいこの新年、

頂いたバラが一斉に咲いてしまいました。
