Post-birthday cake and orange juice

For the Friday Food Fiesta {ORANGE (FLAVOR)} pool. Orange peel flavouring in the cream cheese frosting and orange peel and juice added to the cake batter itself.
The nice thing about having carrot cake as my favourite type of cake is that in our family that allows the birthday person to choose their cake, it's my choice for my birthday cake. Also, because we bake it in a Bundt pan it lasts a few days. :)
