B&W Slide Test
These are the results from our first test of processing B&W slides from Delta 100. I say our because I didn't do this at home but in collaboration with my local lab here in Melbourne. I bracketed the Delta 100 shotting at ISO 50, 100 and 200. This is a scan of the 200.
I discussed the results with the lab guy, who is very knowledgable and is happy to spend plenty of time with me talking through the process. He showed me the test roll He'd done before processing mine, which was also Delta 100 albeit 35mm not 120, and the blacks in the test roll were awesome. He'd even tinted half of the test roll to see the difference, which didn't alter the blacks that much. I guess my question is..other than me somehow fogging the film, what could have happened and have you had similar results processing B&W film to positives?
Any help/advice is appreciated.
