120 of 365 - jury nullification

I've got to be in VT until noon tomorrow in case they need me for jury selection. I'm on their 'reserve juror list' which means that I don't have to sit around the courthouse tomorrow, but they can call me anytime before noon and I have to come in.

 

That nullified my plans - zowie and i were headed to boston this afternoon and I was going to see the one person who makes me smile. So now I'll have to wait til later in the week for a chance to smile.
