This sign went up a few months ago. I think the mundane story is it a new location for a neurology outpatient clinic. However the name is downright amusing. To me at least.
The most amusing scenario is a zombie feeding station. Or spare parts for the undead needing an upgrade or replacement. And given the slightly other-worldly look of some NHS staff, it isn't totally out of the question.
As ever with language, there are subtleties and nuances. My major criticism is that it isn't very imaginative. Now I'm all for clarity of communication and it is a place where clearly brains are the order of the day. But I think they could have done better.
On the other hand, in the era of increasing subspecialisation in the various areas of the central nervous system, this is demonstrating holistic practice in neuroscience. You see, they clearly interested in the whole brain...
