Rare undrunk bottle of Zannekin's Ambrée a 6% beer from France.
The brewery was based in Cassel, Pas-de-Calais, France but went bust in 2003. Shame.
When we were there they wanted to buy a pasteurising unit as the beer they made was unpasteurised and therefore had limited shelf life. I drank the other bottles and it needed to be very cold to give a clean taste. This bottle is 6 years old and given the lack of preservatives I have no idea how it would taste!
