Fire in the sky on Gull Lake (Nature's abstract)
I spent some wonderful time with my wife and 3 canine children at Lost Lake Lodge. I tried my best not to spend too much camera time this trip, but sometimes you can't help yourself.
Our cabin was right on the lake so I didn't have to go far for this one. As I saw the burning sky light up, I raced down to the dock with my camera in hand.
This almost looks like an abstract since you really can't see much of the shoreline across the way and the lake was so calm the reflections doubled my excitement.
I kept my camera time to sunrise and sunset so it didn't interfere with family time. A lesson I have learned over the years :)
