I've just acquired a box of Fomapan 100 in 5x7 size, to test its suitability for Salted Paper printing. This is a scan of my first negative - just a technical test, really.
Exposed at 100ASA and processed in PMK pyro @ 2:4:100 for 11 minutes, 72F. The resulting negative is pretty good (could use 1/3 more exposure, so next time I meter at 80 ASA and bracket by adding a bit more time for a second sheet) and potentially suitable for Salt Printing. But I'm a bit concerned about the Base + Fog density: its more than FP4, so I'm concerned it will print through well enough We shall see.
