Macro Monday - Three

Three Turritellae shells for Macro Monday 'Three' theme.

Turritella is a genus of medium-sized sea snails with an operculum, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Turritellidae. They have tightly coiled shells, whose overall shape is basically that of an elongated

cone. (Wikipedia)

Fourteen images of the three shells mounted on a gloss black floor tile and illuminated with natural window light (above and right). Processed in Lightroom (clarity and cropping), Helicon Focus (focus stacking), Silver Efex Pro (mono conversion) and Photoshop (dust and speck removal).

Many thanks to everyone who views, faves and comments on this image and the others in my photostream. HMM to you all!
