Trail Camp

Trail Camp, located just above 12,000 feet, is a convenient place for hikers to set up camp for the night before summiting Whitney, located in the center background of this photo.

 

When we came into camp on early Monday afternoon, the place was already pretty full with more people trickling in every hour.
