VAB and Launch Control Centre
The Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) was originally constructed to assemble the towering Saturn V rockets of the Apollo program and later used for assembling the space shuttle stack.
The Launch Control Centre contains four specially equipped control rooms or "firing rooms" that are used to oversee launches at Pads 39A and 39B.
