Post-chemotherapy biopsy
Lymphatic invasion in a-37-year-old female with breast cancer treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced breast cancer. Despite the significant tumor reduction (Grade 3, Miller-Payne system), chemoresistant tumor cells were observed in adjacent breast tissue and some lymphatics.
