Fragment with features of traditional serrated adenoma 20x

Pancolitis with low-grade dysplastic lesion identical to traditional serrated adenoma in transverse colon. Polyp not identified by endoscopist due to severe pancolitis. 42 year old female with history of ulcerative colitis.
