The pond at Langan Park. I was there with my friend Stephanie on the hunt for Amazonian Apple Snails! They have recently invaded the area here in Mobile, and there are plans in the works to eradicate them.
So Steph and I slogged around for a bit to see if we could find some. We did, and she wussed out picking it up.
HDR from 4 exposures. Images aligned and HDR created in Hugin, then tonemapped with Qtpfsgui using the Mantiuk operator (pre-gamma around 0.45, only a _very_ slight boost to sat.).
