It's taking me a while to make more TeaCup pouches...
I am trying to decide whether or not to register my industrial design. My friends, family and some Flickr friends gave me the idea. They tell me that I should register because someone could easily take my design and make a huge profit by mass-producing them. I am normally a very trustworthy person but I guess it is better to be safe than sorry! It costs a bunch of money for each design and I have two (teacup & coffeemug). I am trying to make enough money to buy a kiln!!!
What are your thoughts on registering my industrial design so that I would have exclusive rights to my pattern?
