Bûche de Noël

The Bûche de Noël or Christmas Log Cake is ready for Christmas day! It's dairy-free so I can enjoy it too! It's a wafer coffee-flavoured chiffon cake which tastes like Coffee Crisp, filled with vanilla custard & finished with a dark chocolate ganache buttercream complete with meringue mushrooms! I can't wait to slice into this!
