Cinnamon Swirls
I used my adaption of the Peasant Loaf recipe from "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". I think had the oven temperature too high because they turned out more crunchy than I would like.
You can find the basic bread recipe from "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day", online here. I have heard that the sweeter Challah dough is even better for cinamon buns but I haven't tried it yet.

1. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
2. Spread on butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & mace.
3. Roll into a long log and cut into slices. Place in pan with space between and let rise for about an hour.
4. Bake for about 35 minutes at 350F.
Icing:
1/2 cup (4oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup icing sugar
