"Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day"

 

I used the last of the boule batch 2 make 2 amazing pizzas! I topped them with olive oil, tomato sauce, fresh basil, garlic, sliced pepperoni sticks, drained fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, red peppers, eggplant, cheddar & mozzarella. I did not precook the crust and it was fully cooked in about 20 minutes. I think brushing the crust with olive oil before adding the sauce helped.
