Blue Hourglass Quilt (Back)

I made this quilt to keep my side of the bed warm at night! I made the quilt using a simple hourglass pattern (each hourglass block is about 6 inches square). The quilt measures about 4.5 feet wide and 7 feet long.

 

I used bleached muslin and lots of Amy Butler fabrics in the blue colorways of the Daisy Chain line. They were cheerful and so much fun to use! I pieced the back to add interest, using more Amy Butler fabric. Finally, I stiched in the ditch for the hourglass blocks and stippled the border. Enjoy!
