ARIZONA RANGERS INSIGNIA
Click on the pic for a larger view. By doing that, you will be able to read everything including the tiny lapel pins.
Here is a small collection of insignia items from the Arizona Rangers.
Top Left and Top Right are stickers. The one at Top Left is reflective. There is another small sticker just below and to the Left of the one at Top Left.
The star in the center is a small vehicle magnet.
The 4 tiny lapel pins are all different.
The shoulder patches at Bottom Left and Bottom Right are current. The flag patch is also current.
The large items at Top Center and Bottom Center are "patches" with velcro on the back, to attach these items to a vest.
The large gold star to the left of the flag patch is immediate past issue.
The large gold sergeant star above the flag patch is an older star, but the years of use of this style are unknown. Above this star are two challenge coins. A third challenge coin is diagonally to the upper left of the large star magnet in the center.
The star patch just below the sticker at Top Right is current issue. The other two star patches are prior issues.
A belt buckle is seen sort of in between the two gold stars.
The state shaped shoulder patch that is orange, blue and red at far Left is the first style of shoulder patch used after the Rangers were re-established in 1957. To the Right of this patch is the next shoulder patch that was used.
I have other photos of Ranger insignia in my Flickr album, ARIZONA RANGERS, and a link to this album is to the right of this text. In that album are many more badge and patch photos.
