ROCKY MOUNTAINEER TRAIN TUNNEL BOTH SIDES

Here is a pic of one of many tunnels that the Rocky Mountaineer train passes through. I am guessing that the Canadian National or Canadian Pacific trains also use this.

This one is seen between Quesnel and Whistler in British Columbia.

The view on the Right was seen in 2011 on the way from Whistler to Quesnel. The view on the Left was seen in 2023 on the way from Quesnel to Whistler.

When I saw the new pic from 2023, I thought the old telegraph pole (or whatever it is) looked familiar.

I was able to zoom in using the actual pics to read the number on the mile posts seen in the pics. It really is the same tunnel, at Mile post 168.39. So we get to see both sides of the same tunnel - quite a rarity.
