Cape Cod Fence

I was travelling in Cape Cod's area with my newlywed bride and our two wedding-witness/friends. On our way back to New York and to our flight back to Rome, Italy, we stopped at this wonderful beach that carries the name of a famous fellow Italian.
I was captured by the color contrast between the ocean and the wood/beach.
My camera's batteries were down and I couldn't use the light meter. So I exposed by the f/16 rule and obtained interesting colors from the Portra film, although it was designed for portraits.
A great journey for a great occasion. Unforgettable...
