"Secret" uncover! This is the original photo from which I made the "Reflected" version.
C240 belongs to a serie of carbon molecules known together as Fullerenes. The first Fullerene, C60, was discovered in 1985 by Sir Harold W. Kroto of the UK and by Richard E. Smalley and Robert F. Curl, Jr., of the USA. In 1996 the trio was awarded the Nobel Prize for their discovery and their pioneering research on these chemical series.
