Better when viewed on black : View On Black
Part of a small photoshot I did at the Diefenbunker, while attending Ottawa Linux Symposium. This picture will be part of an article I'm currently writting on medical technology.
This piece of medical equipment was used as a vaporizer for N2O, a well known anesthetic and analgesic.
Color vibrance were modified in the post-processing phase. I tried to go for the same look they use in the well known Monocle magazine. Kind of "noble" type of photography, injecting defect that are the fingerprint of the great camera of yesterday.
Also posted on blog.pacharest.com. The picture was taken with a Sony Alpha 100. 1/80 sec, f/2, 50mm, iso 320, ev 0+.
