Lost BBC's Coverage of the Moon Landings 1969 with Patrick Moore
On the 20th July 1969 the BBC covered the moon landings with the trusty Patrick Moore at the helm. It was a glorious programme, everyone was terribly pleased. It was a key moment in television history... then they wiped or lost the footage.
