As a teen, going through this walkway was one of my favorite things about flying United out of O'Hare. Here's an article on the terminal which explains that "the passenger corridor features a 744 foot neon sculpture by California artist Michael Hayden. The sculpture, entitled "Sky's the Limit" is the largest light sculpture in the world."
