And therefore, time has come now to think beyond caste, class and religion. .
Since independence, the issue of reservation has always been a strongly contended and fiercely debated subject in India. Before Mandai that had been widely accepted but after Mandai, shift came and now it is one of the tools for evil politics. Political hunger of leaders and their puppets (NSUL ABVP, SFI, AISA etc) are supporting promotion .
in reservation bill to divert our attention from different types of loot ( like coaL 2G, CWG etc). We are asking few questions to our pseudo intellectual's leftist and rightist friends -who are the beneficiaries of the proposed promotion? Whether an already oiled person by way of a secured, protective and prestigious government job needs further oilin2 for his/her upliftment? What wiJI be the impact -if such a bill is not brought to the .
parliament? Finally, what will be the impact if such a bill is passed and rese rvation in promotion is offered? YFE opposes the decision to amend the constitution to ensure the reservation in promotion for the SC/ST .
