The illegal JNTJSU ensured that there must not be any election as they can enjoy the power without getting elected. JNU student witnessed NO ELECTION FOR THE YEAR 2008 and 2009. Youth For Equality knew the design ofAISA and hence intervened through its learned lawyer M.L. Lahoty at the Supreme Court on 24th October 2008 and requested the Supreme Court to RECONSIDER THE STAY ORDER. .
YFE submitted its approval at the court for an election with Lyngdoh recommendation in JNU. By that time all .
other universities ofIndia had implemented the Lyngdoh recommendations! -_ .
The Judges saw merit in the YFE argument and lifted the blanket stay but put a conditio113l stay-"there is no stay -on JNUSU electio~ ifthey implement Lyngdoh Comn1ittee recommendations", ordered the Supreme Court! .
There was much hue and cry in JNU_aboutYFE's stand at that time. Burtime has proved who was right and why!_ YFE's worst fear comes true and AISA ruling JNUSU illegally for two years without an election! Mur.h to the damage of the student community, the AISA Jed illegal JNUSU denied any official entry in JNU administration. So there is no voice .

Shall we ever rush to the UGC seeking special privileges just because the communists want to protect their communist culture in JNC? ·· The moral ofthe story_is if we follow the-communists-they can only lead us to the hole ofA!ice in Wonderland.-_ very exciting till one confront with the reality.
