propose to embark upon for gender justice for both women as well as men..
I find the issue of 'sensitisation' the most difficult and daunting all on the path to.

gender equality and gender justice. I find the issue most sensitive shorn of rhetoric.
"sensitization", in this context, to me means culminating and inculcating in the society.
