It 1s no surprise that their yesterday's pamphlet against the Maoist movement was a complete .
reproduction of an article written by R.K. Vij, the Inspector General of Police and spokesperson of .
Chhattisgarh Police ('Reign of Terror', 9'" Oct. '09, Indian Express). Policemen like Vij, who are in the .
