·Jal Justice : A ten year time bound programme will be formulated to bring all Oalits, backwards. Minorities and other weaker sections of the society at par with the other commooities. With a view to provide social justiCe, our effort would ensure reservatoos tor Dalit:s, backwards and most-backwards in the government services, and also in the pnvate industry, where public funds have been invested. For backWard classes, which have been deprived of the benefrts of reservation in government services, rt would be necessary to ensure the~r share as well In the reservations.
