Ever since the Allahabad High Court delivered its shocking verdict in which 'faith' was converted into taw by blatantly ignoring facts and evidence. a whole range of democratic voices across the country have been expressing their discom-fort and opposition to this verdict. Several noted historians and intellectuals (many of them associated with JNU) have .

argued that there are several discrepancies in the ASI report which claims that a Ram temple existed at the site of the .

Sabri Masjid. They have bolstered their arguments with historical and archeological evidence, which the Allahabad HC .

has chosen to ignore. .

Indicted and Admonished by High Court , the Shameless JNU Administration Continues With Its .

Ever New Casteist Ploys to Deny Admission to OBC Students Even after being indicted by the Delhi HC, the JNU administration continues to stubbornly refuse to take in all those OBC students who have been wrongfully denied admission due to JNU's faulty and illegal cut-off criteria for OBC candidates. On 27thJuly 2010, the JNU administration had promised the HC that if its admission policy was indeed found to be illegal, it would take in those OBC students who had been wrongly denied admission in JNU. Though the JNU administration used the YFE to drag the matter to the Supreme Court to save its skin, the SC has categorically refused to stay the HC .

verdict. Despite this, in a blatant breach of its promise made to the Delhi HC, the administration is refusing to act on the HC verdict. shamefully claiming that it is not legally bound to take in all OBC students. Also to hide its actual caste1st 1ntentions, the VC has unnecessanly sent the matter to all the schools for 'approval by .

through its wrong admtss1on policy. .

Over the past few years, we have seen how the JNU administration has taken the help of vanous people·and bodtes in .

its single-minded agenda of scuttling OBC reservations. When the Academic Council decided to reject Aditya Mukherjee .

Committee's casteist and faulty recommendations, the administration used YFE's spurious 'legal opinion' to shamefully .

reinstate them. Now, when the HC has rapped the administration on its knuckles for rendering reservations in JNU 'illusory', .

it has shamefully used anti-reservationists like lndiresan to move the SC and defend its faulty cut-off criteria. It is now clear .

that the JNU administration is not being run by the Academic Council or the Ext?cutive Council-it is rather being run by YFE .

and its supporters through remote control who are hell-bent on weakening JNU's decision-making bodies and destroying its .
