Sub-Mariner: 1939! I preceded you! I am the first!

 

Aquaman: By two years! I should have given you a bigger head start! My aqua-might was immediately apparent!

 

Sub-Mariner: Need I get out the Super Friends cartoons?

 

Aquaman: Just as long as you don't 'get out' your little green speedos. That wasn't even a costume!

 

Sub-Mariner: Not to mention I have wings on my ankles! I can fly!

 

Aquaman: So go sell Goodyear, Prince Namor! I'm the real King of Atlantis!

 

Lucy: Good grief!! What a pair of blowfish!
