Department of Industry And Commerce
1932 - 42 by J.R. Boyd Barrett. Kildare Street, Dublin.
This was John Sisk + Sons first ever building in the capital. Clad in granite, and trimmed in Ballinasloe limestone rather then the traditional Portland stone - a conscious employment of native building materials. The facade is decorated with very fine Art Deco style reliefs by Gabriel Hayes. This image is 4 photos merged with PS4
