Dubai

Looking back from the desert at one of the newest sections of Dubai. No doubt they'll soon be putting more of the same up where I took this shot from. Insanity...it goes up to 50 degrees celcius here in the summer, but they've an indoor ski resort in the biggest mall in the world. Talk about energy consumption...my over-riding feeling about the place is that it just shouldn't be there.
