Porth Wen Brickworks Harbour

A shot of the old Porth Wen Brickworks harbour in Anglesey, where they would ship the manufactured firebrick to the steel industry.

It began production in the mid-nineteenth century and ceased by 1924. All the buildings that are still extant, date to the early 20th century. The site is now a scheduled monument.
