Alaska - Aug 2010

Leslie and I had the pleasure of spending 11 days rafting down the Tatshenshini and Alsek rivers as part of a great group of seven people. The beauty of the landscapes and environment were unlike anything we had ever experienced before. Starting in the SW Yukon Territory, we rafted the river from through the NW corner of British Columbia and finally into Alaska where it met the Pacific. We didn't see another human being outside of our group the entire trip and went from high dry desert to a land of glaciers and icebergs at the end. Definitely an experience that we will probably never forget.
