2507_0234 Peanut's Paws
My friend Staci has a 16-year old Manx cat named Peanut. He and I are buddies, as I occasionally help out taking care of him when Staci is out of town. On this occasion he was a less-than-pretty sight, with a minor but infected wound on his face, so I looked for an alternative way to take his picture.
He's all better now.
I've gotten behind in Flickr posts and comments; unavoidable stuff I had to deal with at the end of the week. Think "plumbing". You don't want to know the details. All fixed now. I'll try to catch up today.
Up next: photography of cows. Yes. Cows. This is cattle country, and what I photograph is life, so of course I stop for cows (especially when my nature and wildlife schtick isn't going so well). I think the next two images will be a little... different.
The Peanut photo is from Val Marie, Saskatchewan (Canada). Don't use this image on websites, blogs, or other media without explicit permission ©2025 James R. Page - all rights reserved.
