1506_3744 Light In the Mountains
My retrospective series on Waterton before the Keno Fire continues...
Late afternoon. The storm came on suddenly: curtains of rain, wind-whipped as it funnelled through the valley of Blakiston Creek. Then, a golden glow. As it lifted, cumulus clouds appeared in the far distance. It was just wild, chaotic nature reminding us what it is, what it can do. Sudden fury, followed by benign sweetness, and it's up to us to make of it what we will.
