1808_6403 They Like Each Other
Part III of III: the wrestling turned into this... almost a dance. We hope there will be baby bears in the world next spring. She certainly behaved differently with this big guy than with the other bears on the beach. After this moment of gazing and holding onto each other - with lots of growling, too - she followed him across the beach. More wrestling ensued, and what appeared to be love bites (not serious bites). They did not share food; it's important to remember they are bears, not people. It's a different awareness, a different world. Wonderful to catch these glimpses.
