Tachikawa AFB 1975
Tachikawa AFB / Circa 1975. This photo was quite faded (or poorly exposed by me nearly 40 years ago) so the restoring process yielded this result.
My Aunt Eiko and Uncle Paul Sakuma (who was recently awarded the Congressional Gold Medal) lived at the "America Mura". She would fold up the bicycle seen in the other photo and put it in the trunk of her Toyota Carina. The base was already in a state of semi-retirement.
