WWII News Article on Uncle Paul

I still have a bit of research to do as this has no date nor mentions the newpaper's name but on the reverse, it mentions "Daily News".

 

One thing to note about the article - it mentions "this country", referring to the US. Please remember that Hawaii was a territory at the time of Pearl Harbor and not a state.
