Yes it's a Firefox extension pointed out by someone way back when I had a blog.
I have to say, I take no inspiration from it whatsover. 1,171.77 fags I have missed out on since installing this plugin. Probably more like 1,800 given the lapse between giving up and getting plugin.
Anway, not a single day goes by when I don't crave a cigarette. It's no easier now than it was 1 month, 2 weeks and 2 days ago.
The only real answer to quitting smoking is not to start in the first place.
