Refugees in Ethiopia using social media

Calls to Eritrea are banned in Ethiopia, so many of the refugees communicate with friends and family back home using social media.

 

Young refugees rely on social media to speak to friends around the world, including those who have travelled to Europe. They also share music videos and comedy clips.
