Tirhas is 35 and lives in Addis Ababa with her husband and young son. She fled Eritrea in 2010. Her husband is a journalist and was imprisoned by the regime. They struggle to subsist in Addis, relying on charity donations and friends for support. Tirhas dreams of resettlement so that she can find a job and send money to relatives in Eritrea.
