Daily life, Adi Harush refugee camp, Ethiopia

Adi Harush was once a tented refugee camp. The Norwegian Refugee Council provided materials for low concrete huts. The huts vary in size. There is no electricity, but good access to clean water. Food is cooked on portable cooking stoves. Some refugees have created shacks on the sprawling site selling basic food, drink and tobacco.
