Women in Ethiopia

A woman cooks 'tibs' - an Ethiopian delicacy of sizzling lamb cooked with fresh rosemary. Many meat-eating western visitors to Ethiopia prefer this barbecued dish to the more challenging (for some at leat) dish of Injera, a sour-dough pancake sereved cold. Oromia, Ethiopia, May 2008.
