New Digital Billboards at 7th & F St NW in Washington, DC
These large digital billboards, built by Sansi, were recently installed on the Verizon Center at 7th and F Streets NW. So far, GEICO, Capital One Bank, Comcast Sportsnet, The Washington Post, Qatar Airways, Subway, National Geographic, Grey Goose Vodka, and Carefirst are showing ads on the billboards, and they have been in operation for about a week. There will be several large billboards along 7th Street and four smaller billboards located at the entrance to the Gallery Place metro stop. The billboards cost millions of dollars, but the ownership expects to recoup the cost to purchase and install the displays within the first 12 months of operation. There is another large digital billboard still under construction closer to the intersection of 7th and G Streets NW. They really look nice at night.
