Shining autumn maple tree scene at Ahornboden, Tirol, Austria

This photograph was taken in Tirol, Austria fall 2010 during a sunny autumn day. Normally the contrasts are very low while taking pictures with the sunlight direction but if you break the rule and go into backlight, the leaves begin to glow, you increase the contrast significantly, and you can capture the nice mountain landscape with sun rays shining over the rim of the mountain.
