Akranesviti
Here is another one from a short but good session at this lighthouse in the town of Akranes, 40 minutes drive from Reykjavík, Iceland.
The weather was not very promising, it was raining most of the drive and when I got there I it was still raining a bit. I shot some shots with my new 70-200mm f4.0 lens. With its narrow hood the glass of the lens gets good protection from the wind and rain. As a walked on the rocky outcrop towards the lighthouse the rain stopped. I got a few goods shot with my wideangle (and a few splashes of seawater aswell).
The timing of the brake in the rain was perfect. The sun was setting at this time. Shortly after the sun went down, when I was walking towards the car again it started raining hard.
